Technical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the ATS Technical Services Group, overseeing specialized tube fabrication, welding, and field services.
• Manage customer relationships, business development, and account growth through RFQ reviews and commercial proposals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and resource coordination to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead crew recruitment, personnel development, and strategic growth planning.
• Manage financial performance, utilization, and annual revenue forecasting.
• Develop technical documentation, including project execution plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and welding procedures.
• Support the expansion of ATS capabilities into subsea, aerospace, semiconductor, and AI data center markets.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.).
• Proven ability to work as a team leader and manage complex priorities independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel as required.
