Technical Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Liaise with OEMs to support effective modification and repair outcomes
• Conduct engineering assessments and translate ICAs into actionable maintenance solutions
• Investigate repetitive defects and reliability trends, providing recommendations for improvement
• Support maintenance operations with technical troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Participate in reliability programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with CASA regulations and internal safety and quality standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical records and reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical aviation or engineering environment
• Qualifications in aircraft engineering or a related discipline (AME, LAME, engineering degree or equivalent)
• Experience within a commercial aircraft environment (Airbus exposure highly advantageous)
• Strong working knowledge of CASR Part 42, 21J and 21M regulations
• Proven ability to investigate defects and analyse trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated organisational skills
