About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide projects through the internal engineering process, ensuring correct technical design and completeness.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Application Engineers, and customers via email and voicemail.
  • Perform "four-eye" checks on circuits submitted by applications and manage the release process.
  • Support internal lab testing by setting up electronics, controllers, and DAQ systems.
  • Translate high-level testing instructions into step-by-step procedures for lab technicians.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Generate rapid quotes and manage project assignments to the design group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with data analysis and filtering in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence for collaborating with engineers and sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in hydraulic or electro-hydraulic control solutions.
