Technical Service Specialist - Paper Machine Clothing

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technical relationships with customers in the paper industry
• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and application-related issues
• Provide specialized technical assistance, continuous support, and targeted consultancy
• Contribute to the optimization of product performance and industrial processes
• Proactively solve technical problems to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the paper industry (working in a paper mill or for a supplier)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and a collaborative spirit
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern Italy and occasional short trips abroad
