Technical Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical support for swine and poultry technology solutions, including feeding and ventilation equipment
• Educate the dealer network through classroom and hands-on training regarding installation, maintenance, and operation
• Deliver remote technical assistance via contact center, email, and mobile devices using Salesforce and Natterbox
• Document all technical interactions and call details within the Salesforce Case Management System
• Collaborate with internal Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warranty teams to resolve complex issues
• Travel to various sites (25-50%) to assist and teach dealer technicians in the field

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor’s degree
• Strong understanding of electric circuits, wiring schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to meet requirements to drive a company vehicle and hold a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business writing skills
• Ability to develop training materials and facilitate learning for others

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the swine or poultry industry
