About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide field service support and technical troubleshooting for assigned Core Lab instruments
- Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities, hardware upgrades, and software upgrades (TSBs)
- Utilize remote diagnostics tools to provide proactive service
- Perform instrument installations and deinstallations
- Provide first-level support for laboratory middleware (AMS) and assay troubleshooting
- Offer ongoing training and coaching to customers to ensure optimal instrument performance
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to laboratory staff to maximize testing capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record in a similar technical service position
- Strong experience using analytical tools and software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive issue resolution
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
