Technical Service Representative - Packaging Coating

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding product lines and general operations
• Provide technical direction and assistance on the use of product lines
• Support installations, troubleshooting, and online product evaluations at end-user sites
• Act as an operational advisor by conducting audits and improvement initiatives for customer paint facilities and equipment
• Serve as a liaison with the sales team to support business development and cost initiatives
• Manage customer relationships and facilitate recurring orders

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of experience in the packaging coatings industry
• Experience with online audits and analytical assessments in metal packaging
• Experience conducting training on coating capabilities and quality requirements
• Experience in customer support and situational analysis for escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualifications in metal packaging or coatings
