Technical Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform technical service in local lab or at customer locations
• Execute color matches
• Manufacture and QC batches on-site at customer locations
• Manage inventory and maintain records
• Handle housekeeping, purchasing, and other assigned duties

Requirements

• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to pass a color vision test
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
• Ability to match colors effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong written, reading comprehension, and basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree from a 2-year college or trade school
• Previous ink inplant experience
• SAP experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• 3-5 years in the ink industry and commercial printing experience
