About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services across MEP systems
- Oversee operational performance, Health & Safety, and Human Resource Management
- Review site-specific policies and procedures to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Manage service partners, contract performance, and KPIs/SLAs
- Act as Responsible Person for Legionella (Water) management
- Lead energy management and contribute to SMART building technology development
- Manage P&L performance, budgets, and commercial contract scope
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory obligations
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and accident investigations
Requirements
- Industry relevant qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience at technical engineering management level preferred
- NEBOSH or IOSH accredited National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
- Proficiency in CAFM, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven track record in technical problem solving
- Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to produce high-quality technical reports
- Ability to pass a DBS check
