About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services across MEP systems
  • Oversee operational performance, Health & Safety, and Human Resource Management
  • Review site-specific policies and procedures to ensure ISO 9001 compliance
  • Manage service partners, contract performance, and KPIs/SLAs
  • Act as Responsible Person for Legionella (Water) management
  • Lead energy management and contribute to SMART building technology development
  • Manage P&L performance, budgets, and commercial contract scope
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory obligations
  • Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and accident investigations

Requirements

  • Industry relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience at technical engineering management level preferred
  • NEBOSH or IOSH accredited National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
  • Proficiency in CAFM, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven track record in technical problem solving
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical reports
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
