Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in optimal working condition through installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Execute equipment recertifications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Comply with all corporate policies, procedures, and safety standards, including EHS protocols for electrical, chemical, and biological risks.
• Maintain organized and updated technical documentation and procedures using manual or digital formats.
• Apply continuous improvement tools to solve technical issues and optimize service operation costs and efficiency.
• Manage and care for all equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility.
• Ensure all service promises and schedules are met to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid INVIMA registration.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support and machine repair.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency (approximately 70%).
