Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and service repair for Markem-Imaje products.
• Provide technical customer support and conduct on-site printer trials.
• Study various packaging machines and assess site readiness for printer installation.
• Ensure maximum equipment up-time and customer satisfaction through proactive service.
• Manage service and spares budgets for the assigned geographical territory.
• Travel to various customer manufacturing facilities as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in on-site service and customer support for industrial automation capital goods.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a BSc in Maths or Physics (minimum 60% marks).
• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for business travel purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
