Technical Service and Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate introduction trials of new or modified technologies at customer sites to ensure they meet expectations.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customers across the coatings process to ensure stable line performance, product quality, and cost efficiency.
• Support senior leaders in achieving sales targets and developing short-term and long-term business plans for assigned customers and projects.
• Gather customer needs, forecast market trends, and prepare project development reports.
• Collaborate with Technical, Product Management, and Launching teams to develop product commercialization plans.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and expand business opportunities by promoting new products.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in the coating business.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
