About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and written communication to increase brand loyalty.
  • Troubleshoot Milwaukee products and services, addressing inquiries regarding applications, warranties, and service adjustments.
  • Develop reference tools, training materials, and internal knowledgebase content to support new product launches.
  • Coordinate no-charge replacements, factory servicing, and other adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate concerns regarding defective parts, workmanship, or design discrepancies to Product and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Report field difficulties and issue Field Product Reports to help improve product design and quality.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to resolve complex inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or a related field.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with knowledge of power tools and their applications.
  • Experience providing mobile and software technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to utilize CAD drawings and Service Price Lists to resolve customer inquiries.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desired.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
