Technical Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide first-contact phone support to customers and technicians for fault finding, repairs, and maintenance of BAUER equipment
• Offer technical guidance on rigging, de-rigging, and maintenance processes via telephone and email
• Liaise with the BAUER Maschinen After-Sales Team in Germany to provide jobsite feedback and assist in rectifying faults
• Manage various tasks related to repairs, maintenance, and spare parts requirements
• Ensure compliance with BAUER standards regarding Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Bauer rigs (MC, RTG, MAT, or KLEMM experience is highly beneficial)
• Thorough high-level understanding of modern mobile hydraulics and electrics/electronics, specifically regarding Bauer BG rigs
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Full driving license recognized in Australia
• Valid right to work in Australia
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel approximately 10% within Australia and New Zealand
