Technical & Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily maintenance of the building and its installations
• Manage and control the execution of service provider contracts
• Manage service provider teams to ensure optimal operation
• Implement the Group's CSR approach, including energy optimization and waste management
• Ensure compliance with ERP, ICPE, and labor regulations
• Prepare and follow up on security commissions
• Manage technical and operational budgets
• Monitor insurance claims and property damage

Requirements

• Higher education in real estate, technical management, maintenance, or security
• Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in an ERP environment
• Knowledge of real estate techniques and building maintenance (HVAC, electricity, etc.)
• Knowledge of fire and sanitary regulations applicable to ERP
• Proficiency with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GMAO)
• SSIAP3 qualification is a plus
