Technical Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality, scalable technical Salesforce solutions
• Architect solutions across the Salesforce platform, including integrations and authentication
• Contribute to AI-driven solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, and related capabilities
• Lead and participate in technical and architectural workshops with clients
• Ensure best practices in security, data migration, and development standards
• Act as a technical sparring partner and escalation point for complex challenges
• Support business development and proposals with technical expertise

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, developer, or architect
• Strong technical and functional understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi-cloud solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong academic results
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and oral)
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Developer or Architect preferred)
