Technical Sales Trainee

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding into group processes with a focus on technical sales
• Gain insight into product management, marketing, inside and outside sales, and technical installation
• Support colleagues on demanding projects and complex tasks
• Present work results regularly to managers and executives

Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable field
• First industrial experience from internships
• Results-oriented with high willingness to take project responsibility
• Cross-functional thinking and analytical approach
• Flexibility and openness to new challenges
• Willingness to work across locations with longer on-site assignments
• Communicative, sales-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
