Technical Sales Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Master installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wavetronix core products
• Provide technical training to customers in the field or office
• Conduct technical site surveys and review project plans
• Provide service and customer support via phone and in-person field visits
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Document processes and produce detailed trip reports
• Manage on-site installation and configuration of products
• Track projects and support cases within CRM

Requirements

• At least 5 years of field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets
• Ability to travel 50% or more per month
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to large groups
• Basic understanding of networking
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales
• Technical degree (EE, EET) or industry-specific certifications
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
