Technical Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads and target accounts to create sales opportunities.
• Research accounts to establish contact, generate interest, and develop new business.
• Prepare professional sales quotes, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Manage the lead and opportunity pipeline within the CRM to ensure efficient management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Managers, Engineers, and Customer Service to determine strategic sales approaches.
• Perform database segmentation and analysis to support lead-nurturing programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and attend industry events to build networks.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility to access and use ITAR controlled data in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an inside sales role.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience using ERP systems to identify stock, serial numbers, and sales orders.
• A demonstrated interest in manufacturing technology and its applications.
