Technical Sales Support Senior Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to both external and internal customers
• Apply an engineering approach to resolve technical issues and propose alternative solutions
• Coordinate the flow of data regarding technical selections for designers, contractors, and investors
• Collect and record essential project and investment data
• Collaborate with the Design Department, Product Managers, and field staff to maintain high service standards
• Represent the company at industry trade fairs, conferences, and client meetings, including site visits

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in designing sanitary installations or the construction industry
• Higher education in a technical field (e.g., sanitary installations or construction)
• English proficiency at a B2 level for fluent communication
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel for business trips
• Results-oriented mindset with strong work organization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stormwater management
• Experience in flat roof drainage systems
