Technical & Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans for assigned areas to achieve commercial objectives and targets
• Proactively acquire new customers through direct visits, phone calls, and market intelligence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing technical advice and effective solutions
• Manage customer accounts, including debt management and resolving customer complaints or queries
• Support regional supervisors in marketing activities, conferences, and workshops
• Provide management with qualitative and quantitative insights regarding market developments and sales performance
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Advisors to handle complex technical sales processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience specifically within the aquaculture sector
• University degree in Aquaculture or a related field
• Technical knowledge of new technologies in aquaculture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage sales planning effectively
• Possession of an existing customer database (shrimp farmers/agents) in the Soc Trang area is a plus
