Technical Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support across Datacom's Data Centre solutions, focusing on Data Centre and networking
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and joint customer workshops
• Work with customers to assess, design, and implement complex products and solutions
• Build proof-of-concept applications and rapid prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and buying criteria
• Coordinate and participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotions
• Act as the primary interface between the client and the organisation

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales or sales experience with demonstrated account management capability
• Sound knowledge of Hybrid Cloud networking, cloud workloads, and Data Centre deployment
• Ability to engage and influence technical leads and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or SDN Networking
