Technical Sales Senior Staff

Responsibilities

• Execute mobile sales initiatives and commercial coverage across major food hubs in East Java and Bali
• Build, nurture, and leverage a strong B2B sales network including commercial bakeries and food manufacturers
• Deliver specialized product presentations and demonstrations regarding baked products and formulation applications
• Apply localized marketing strategies to align with customer needs and enhance brand presence
• Lead negotiations and utilize active listening to close complex B2B contracts
• Maintain detailed reporting on client feedback, market movements, and pipeline health

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the Food Industry
• Solid knowledge of baked products such as bread, cakes, and pastries
• Existing B2B sales network across East Java and Bali
• Valid SIM A (Car License) and a willingness to travel heavily across territories
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Computer literacy and a good command of English is highly preferred
