About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels
- Manage contract processes including price list propositions, RFP proposals, and service deliveries
- Oversee Shot Services billing and quality control follow-up
- Participate in P&L analysis for customers
- Identify and develop direct sales opportunities
- Manage product forecasting for regional accounts
- Demonstrate products and services at potential customer sites
- Identify new system applications to deliver customer value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geotechnical, Mineral, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent industry experience)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with increasing responsibility
- 5 years of experience in the explosives or related industry
- Knowledge of explosives technology, basic geology, and seismology
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the region
- Ability to work after hours and weekends if required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
