Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop system layouts and configurations for UL508A control panels, UL891 switchboards, UL67 panelboards, ATSs, UPSs, MV switchboards, and pad-mount transformers
• Propose alternative solutions to optimize cost, performance, and lead times through value engineering
• Lead the quoting process for large-scale or customized projects ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as a technical advisor to clients by reviewing project documents and delivering presentations
• Manage customer projects by coordinating technical scope, changes, and lead time expectations
• Collaborate with business development, engineering, and production to support new product lines
• Participate in the enhancement of sales tools, processes, and training programs

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or relevant field experience
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex products
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• 2+ years of sales experience is a plus but not required
