Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
• Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize product benefits
• Establish and promote education regarding the company's products and services
• Conduct market research on customers and competitor activities
• Implement market development plans and strategies
• Communicate customer feedback on new or existing products to internal R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience
• OR Associate’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
