Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Increase market share and drive revenue growth within the Southern Germany territory
• Acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and handling new inquiries
• Provide technical consulting and intensive support for special lubricants and lubrication technology
• Develop individual customer solutions and lead necessary interdisciplinary project teams
• Collaborate closely with internal sales support, technical support, and R&D departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, specifically with consultative or technical products
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial applications
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Valid Driver's license (Class B)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
