Responsibilities
- Monitor the commercial environment including competition, market trends, and potential client projects
- Visit targeted clients at construction sites and offices to present LOXAM's offerings and services
- Advise clients on service selection and formulate service offers
- Participate in the development of rental and trading activities by proposing complementary products
- Negotiate and validate local and regional agreements according to pricing policies
- Follow up on service offers to ensure successful completion
- Analyze results and implement necessary corrective measures
- Establish visit reports using the company's computerized tools
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 degree in a commercial field
- At least 2 years of successful experience, ideally in a technical or construction (BTP) environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and sense of service
- Administrative rigor and high level of involvement
