About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a client portfolio by providing high-quality advice and service
- Conduct prospecting activities to meet defined business objectives
- Promote special products and transition customers from standard concrete to high-value-added solutions
- Optimize concrete plant operations and associated transport to improve customer service
- Monitor client debt recovery and cash sales
- Implement and follow the group's health and safety policies
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +2 degree (BTS or DUT) in a commercial or technical field
- Proven experience in sales within the construction, materials, or wholesale sectors
- Strong analytical, listening, and adaptation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive personality
