Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Consult and sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology using a solution-oriented approach
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries via phone and email
• Assess up-sell and cross-sell potential to increase product usage and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate regular touchpoints with customers to align their needs with sales growth
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events
• Collaborate with key decision-makers to develop ideas that deliver sales results
• Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through hands-on product experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field
• 0-3 years of full-time work experience
• C1 or better fluency in both German and English
• Naturally curious and passionate about technology
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
• Effective communication skills via phone, video, and email

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
