Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical resource to help the sales organization meet and exceed its goals
• Deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team to address customer needs through consultation and product expertise
• Stay up to date on new products, technology trends, and service offerings
• Make outbound calls to manage the sales cycle and respond to inquiries from field sales, resellers, and end customers
• Identify how Dell Technologies products and services align with specific customer needs
• Explain technical, industry, and market facts to effectively position Dell Technologies against alternative solutions

Requirements

• Experience working in a sales environment and in a technical role
• Knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English
• Solid customer relationship skills with the ability to build and manage long-term relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Previous relevant experience in technical sales or product specialization
