About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team to address diverse customer needs
- Provide expert guidance to the core Sales team by identifying and recommending complex technology solutions
- Explain the Dell Technologies portfolio and how multi-faceted solutions benefit customer businesses
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with partners and distributors
- Execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly via phone, chat, web, or email
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of IT technology products and services
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid customer relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or a related discipline
