Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sustainability and growth of specific accounts to achieve business objectives and profit margins
• Retain and expand existing business through strategic sales efforts aligned with Buckman marketing strategy
• Maintain existing applications and equipment, performing technical services to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain and improve SHERQ performance to deliver sales results with minimal risk to the company
• Support the Account Manager in managing and implementing continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Degree or National Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience, or 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
• Strong technical report writing skills and ability to understand business systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in petrochemical process treatment, boiler water treatment, or cooling water treatment
• Knowledge of raw water flocculation, liquid/solid separation, or polymer application
• Experience conducting internal service inspections of related equipment at customer sites
