About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute product-market strategies to achieve commercial objectives within the country.
  • Manage project and product administration, including opportunity management and specification development.
  • Design and calculate solutions at the project level to meet customer needs.
  • Localize product launches by assessing commercial value and market requirements.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for sales teams and customers, resolving technical issues and coordinating requests.
  • Build conceptual and functional designs to drive cross-selling of the Wavin portfolio.
  • Provide deep market insights regarding Wavin’s value propositions versus competitors.
  • Guide and support the sales team to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, software engineering, urban planning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably within engineering consultancies, architecture firms, or end-client engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background in the design, evaluation, and construction of stormwater management or Urban Climate Resilience systems.
  • Proven commercial mindset with experience in integrated solution selling and winning projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market opportunities and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial drive.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
