Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Renewable Engineering, 5+ years technical sales experience in Solar Energy, Knowledge of utility-scale PV systems and grid codes, Proficiency in Turkish and English (C1), Experience with PV Inverters and Medium Voltage Station technology

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Sungrow’s PV utility and ESS solutions to help achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through high-quality technical support and regular meetings
  • Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and trainings for clients
  • Support account management with technical inquiries and the preparation of customized offers
  • Assist with RFQs and tenders by reviewing requirements and delivering technical input
  • Prepare technical offers, coordinate system configurations, and participate in technical contract negotiations
  • Interface with R&D and Product Management at headquarters to provide market feedback
  • Perform frequent benchmarking of products against the competition and monitor market developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or solution management within the Solar Energy industry
  • Deep knowledge of utility-scale PV system requirements, including product specifications and grid codes
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English (C1 level)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills
  • Experience with PV Inverters and Medium Voltage Station technology is highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of ESS Utility technology is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing relationships with technical stakeholders in EPC and project development companies
  • Additional European language skills
