Technical Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify key projects from prior customers and establish contact to collect technical requirements
• Follow up and develop customers to understand product requirements and coordinate internal resources
• Support business negotiations from a technical perspective throughout the project life cycle
• Lead quotations at all stages, considering competitor pricing and raw material cost developments
• Organize meetings for issue handling, process sorting, and project delivery control
• Coordinate post-sales technical issue analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or electrochemical engineering
• Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure
• Strong negotiation skills and project management experience
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Experience in electric core development is a plus
