About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform technical sales of robotics and automation solutions to manufacturing customers in Vietnam
- Identify new customers and develop B2B project-based sales opportunities
- Analyze factory environments and equipment to propose AMR-based automation solutions
- Collaborate with system integrators (SI) and partners to support robotics deployment projects
- Work closely with Bear Robotics US and internal engineering teams to support technical discussions and project execution
Requirements
- Native-level Korean fluency
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Technical sales experience in automation equipment, robotics, or industrial machinery
- Basic understanding of factory equipment and automation systems
- Experience working with global teams or in overseas business environments
- Proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AMR, AGV, or Factory Automation industries
- Experience working with manufacturing customers
- Experience collaborating with system integrators (SI)
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in Vietnamese
