Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell coatings products to existing and prospective customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, decorative, protective, automotive, and marine sectors
• Recommend suitable coating solutions and specifications based on customer requirements
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training sessions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Provide first-level technical support regarding product performance and troubleshooting
• Maintain regular customer visits and build long-term business relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales within coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, or specialty chemicals
• Experience in Industrial, Protective, Powder, Automotive, Wood, Decorative, or Specialty Coatings
• Established network with paint manufacturers, coating applicators, industrial customers, OEMs, or distributors
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Materials Science, or Business
• Strong techno-commercial aptitude
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of coating formulations and manufacturing processes
