Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's coatings products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, decorative, protective, automotive, and marine sectors.
• Recommend suitable coating solutions and specifications based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and support contract negotiations.
• Provide first-level technical support regarding product performance, application methods, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain regular customer visits to build long-term relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of technical sales experience within the coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, or specialty chemicals industry.
• Strong techno-commercial aptitude with the ability to manage commercial discussions and provide technical solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial, Protective, Powder, Automotive, Wood, Decorative, or Specialty Coatings.
• Established professional network with paint manufacturers, coating applicators, industrial customers, OEMs, or distributors.
• In-depth knowledge of coating formulations and manufacturing processes.
