About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and commercial project proposal submissions
  • Promote and sell existing services within the I&E Division, specifically Upstream Services
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare quotations to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and meetings
  • Support project submissions, sample collection, training, and seminars
  • Provide basic technical support and collaborate with internal teams
  • Manage sales documentation, records, and project deliverables
  • Execute awareness campaigns and upselling strategies through client visits
  • Ensure prompt handling of customer enquiries to maintain satisfaction
  • Comply with SGS policies, quality standards, and HSE/QMS requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience in Oil, Gas, chemical plants, or engineering firms
  • Proficiency in English and local language (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office for reporting and data visualization
  • Ability to travel frequently on short notice

Preferred Qualifications

  • Field experience in Sampling, Well Testing, or Well Integrity
