About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and commercial project proposal submissions
- Promote and sell existing services within the I&E Division, specifically Upstream Services
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare quotations to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and meetings
- Support project submissions, sample collection, training, and seminars
- Provide basic technical support and collaborate with internal teams
- Manage sales documentation, records, and project deliverables
- Execute awareness campaigns and upselling strategies through client visits
- Ensure prompt handling of customer enquiries to maintain satisfaction
- Comply with SGS policies, quality standards, and HSE/QMS requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Chemistry, or Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Oil, Gas, chemical plants, or engineering firms
- Proficiency in English and local language (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office for reporting and data visualization
- Ability to travel frequently on short notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Field experience in Sampling, Well Testing, or Well Integrity
