About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow customer accounts within electronics, semiconductor, medical device, manufacturing, laboratory, and industrial sectors
- Promote SGS testing services by understanding customers' quality, regulatory, and product compliance requirements
- Conduct customer visits, solution presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and maintain an active sales pipeline through CRM
- Collaborate with technical and laboratory teams to deliver effective testing solutions
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Electronics, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in testing services, scientific instruments, or technical solution sales is an advantage
- Experience serving electronics, semiconductor, medical device, or industrial customers is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and willing to travel
