Responsibilities

• Execute international outbound calls for the Telecom Call Blocker process
• Engage with customers in the UK campaign
• Meet target-oriented performance goals

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a Call Blocker process
• Excellent communication skills
• Convincing and energetic personality
• Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
• Graduate or Undergraduate degree
