About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance through easy-to-follow steps
- Convert callers to customers by enrolling them in appropriate support plans using soft selling skills
- Sell software and service packages
- Resolve technical issues promptly and cost-effectively
- Handle blue screen errors and close calls independently
- Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Inbound Tech Support process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work US night shifts
- High school diploma or graduation
- Experience in International Outbound is also acceptable for this Inbound role
