About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive sales and develop new business accounts for instrumentation products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS, Air Quality, and Water Quality sensors
  • Identify and build relationships with HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor team performance and implement effectiveness strategies
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support

Requirements

  • BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation
  • 8+ years of sales experience in HVAC and/or BMS industries
  • 2–3 years of experience in a team handling role
  • Proven success in selling instrumentation and sensor solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development
