About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive sales and develop new business accounts for instrumentation products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS, Air Quality, and Water Quality sensors
- Identify and build relationships with HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and implement effectiveness strategies
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support
Requirements
- BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation
- 8+ years of sales experience in HVAC and/or BMS industries
- 2–3 years of experience in a team handling role
- Proven success in selling instrumentation and sensor solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development
