About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of the Advanced Technologies (AT) product portfolio and services within the surgical franchise
  • Promote the full range of intraocular implants (IOL) and demonstrate clinical and economic benefits to healthcare facilities
  • Implement account development plans in alignment with commercial policy, focusing on advanced technology growth
  • Provide technical expertise and support in the operating room to promote product usage
  • Advise public and private establishments to grow their AT activity through personalized advice, training, and tools
  • Collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) to ensure excellence in client clinical training
  • Conduct pre-sales activities including commercial presentations, demonstrations, and trials

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 degree in commerce, marketing, or science
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the medical device industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level
  • Strong customer and patient orientation
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Allier, Côte d'Or, Doubs, Jura, Nièvre, Saône-et-Loire, Yonne)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry
