About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Wood Processing sales projects in North America, handling both technical and commercial aspects
  • Perform or coordinate proposal engineering, equipment dimensioning, and quotation preparation
  • Act as the primary customer interface for proposal work and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Take overall responsibility for quotation pricing and serve as the sales team leader for multi-product line proposals
  • Execute assigned marketing duties and travel within North America for customer meetings and potential overseas travel for training

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Pulp & Paper sciences, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Good knowledge of industrial wood yard equipment and unit operations
  • Customer-oriented, self-driven, and highly organized attitude
  • 2-5 years of operational or service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of pulp mill wood yard operations is a plus
