About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market and sales strategies focused on AWS cloud solutions
- Build and maintain a strong AWS sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and AWS co-sell initiatives
- Achieve assigned revenue, consumption, and growth targets across AWS services
- Engage with customers to understand IT environments and position AWS solutions for scalability, cost optimization, and security
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design solutions including IaaS, PaaS, Containers, Kubernetes, and AI
- Deliver AWS-focused presentations, demonstrations, and customer workshops
- Own end-to-end proposal development including scope definition, architecture, and pricing structures
- Support AWS consumption growth, renewals, and upsell opportunities post-deployment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud solution sales or Technical sales consulting
- Proven success selling AWS migration, modernization, or Managed cloud services
- Strong understanding of AWS compute, storage, networking, security, and commercial models
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise and strategic customer engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
