Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK voice processes
- Act as a Web Consultant for the Australian market
- Manage UK Telecom call blocking processes
- Execute sales closing tasks within technical voice processes
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO environments
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for inbound tech roles
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
