Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK shifts
- Act as a web consultant for AUS/US markets
- Close sales calls and process payments through various gateways
- Provide technical assistance to consumers and small businesses
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for Inbound Tech roles
- Ability to close calls and handle payment processing
- Ability to join immediately
