Responsibilities
- Position Wavin as a trusted advisor and partner for decision-makers in the stormwater management environment
- Drive the execution of the UCR go-to-market strategy within Italy
- Proactively identify and realize new business opportunities with a strong hunter focus
- Manage the project pipeline and use CRM tools to log visits and track account development
- Engage at the project level to understand customer needs and coordinate internal expert support
- Translate market trends, legislative requirements, and competitor insights into commercial value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in business development, external sales, or solution selling
- Proven track record as a "hunter" in generating new business and winning new accounts
- Experience in field sales, including visiting sites and engaging with project stakeholders
- Ability to engage clients at a consultative level to translate customer needs into demand
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset
